Bingos Bahia Blanca, an investor group that already operates chance games in Buenos Aires, has bought the first bid sheet for the construction of three hotels with casino, where the key one is the five-star hotel Gran San Juan.

Last week, the company paid the 25,000 pesos that the bid sheet costs, the Governor assured that there are at least another four groups that are calling from all over the country. Mostly, the interest comes from the fact that this is the first hotel construction license granting with the authorization to operate chance games.

Last June 10th the sheets were put out for sale, and will be sold until September 25th. That day, the authorities will open the proposal sheets and the next month they will study the economic offers.

The novelty in this granting is that it does not only include a five-star hotel, but two three-star hotels, both with slot machines and roulettes. The one that wins will have to build the establishments and will have the grant for 20 years.
