An early Christmas present arrived for a Nursing student from the city of Grimsby in Lincolnshire, England, who won a prize of £22.500 for completing her card after 44 calls at her local bingo club.

The lucky winner was playing with her boyfriend at the Gala Bingo Club in Grimsby. It was her boyfriend who paid for the tickets and the woman declared that even though the prize will be claimed by her, it will be deposited in an account shared with her boyfriend, with whom she has already many plans to spend it.

The exact amount won was £22.500, which corresponds for winning half of the National Prize that is worth £45.000, since the other half of the prize was won by a gambler from Blackpool. “I couldn’t believe it when I was told how much I had won, and I’m still finding it hard to believe now,” the woman said.

The 21-year-old woman, who is currently attending Leeds University, where she is doing her nursing career, is planning to buy a house for her and her boyfriend with the money won and also she will start buying presents to spend an unforgettable Christmas holiday.
