Smokers will soon have to step out of restaurants, bars, bingos and any other building of public access. An ordinance that will ban smoking is going to be discussed on Monday at 5 p.m.

Smoking will be banned in amphitheatres, ballparks, hotel lobbies and bingo halls. The ban will also extend outside 10 feet from building entrances.

If the law passes, people disobeying will be finned $50 and business owners $100 the first time and $200 every time thereafter.
